Norma Jean Prince, age 81 of Bloomington passed away Monday
December 19, 2011. She was born September 24, 1930 in Heltonville
to Zorn and Velma Smith Kinser. Norma Jean spent her early years
working for RCA and Cook a combined 35 years before devoting her
time, energy and devotion to her family. She will be remembered
fondly as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her home was a
truly welcoming, caring and loving environment. Norma Jean's family
will forever cherish her caring and yet forthright way of living.
As they recall, if you received her love, you were just as likely
to receive her switch. Norma Jean leaves behind her husband Darrell
Prince; son Jack Prince and his wife Elaine; daughter Donna Young
and her husband Stephen; daughter Becky Smith and her husband Don;
son Terry Prince and his wife Leslie; son Tim Prince and his wife
Linda; daughter Missy Monyhan; sister Joyce Faye Todd;
grandchildren, Chad Prince, Brian Strain, Isaac Strain, Kevin
Young, Kyle Young and his wife Jeannine, Brandi Miller and her
husband Matt, Courtney Mullis and her husband Tony, Emilie, Ellen,
Travis, and Blake Prince, Jessica Duncan, Zack Duncan, Jacob
Monyhan, and Cole Monyhan. She also leaves behind great
grandchildren Alexis, Lacie, Kyelee, Camden, Gavin, Cory, Austin,
Jarren, Jenna, Jayden, Brady, Devin, Macie, Avery, Dailynn, and
Addelyn. Norma Jean was preceded in death by her parents, and a
brother Morris Kinser. Funeral services will be held Friday
December 23, 2011 at 11:00AM at Allen Funeral Home 4155 South Old
Highway 37. Burial will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held Thursday December 22, 2011 from 4:00PM
until 8:00PM also at Allen Funeral Home. Online condolences may be
