Dear Chuck, Carol and Ike, I am very sad and sorry about Charlie's passing. A significant piece of my past goes with him. He was my co-worker and personal confidant for many years. I had no better friend than Charlie. He was respected as a gentleman in the IRS and among the communities where he worked. You should be very proud of your father and what he stood for.
